Cherry Hill Reviews

The beginning the staff was very friendly. Now they seem to be uninterested. There are two are who still are friendly. I have also noticed on the cameras that one of the staff members seemed to be more interested in taking photos than watching what is happening with the dogs. Dogs were being humped, nipped at and some a bit aggressive. I watched for a while.
The last time my dog was there he seemed very unhappy and not his normal exciting self when I pick him up. Not sure what has changed but it seems it started a few weeks ago.

I like that staff really care about the dogs, greet them by name when dropping off. Our border collie goes at least 2 days a week and even though she’s not a real playful dog, she always is excited to go there and gets her exercise walking around.

Easy to make a reservation. Spa day can be built in to daycare. Great attendants.

Convenient hours and a great staff. I also appreciate the Webcam.

Awesome customer service. My dog loves Dogtopia so much, he pulls me into the building. Excellent staff. They are professional yet very nurturing towards the dogs. Plenty of options for grooming, boarding , daycare etc. Facilities are always clean and tidy.
I bring my dog for grooming, daycare and boarding and know that he is receiving the upmost care and attention.

They take such great care of my dog and I feel very comfortable with my dog in daycare and overnights.

The digs are very well supervised and the employees really get to know your dog. Luna is very high energy and not used to being around a lot of other dogs. Savanah and her staff have done a wonderful job getting her acclimated.

Friendly staff. Savannah is amazing. Convenient hours.

The staff is very attentive to my dogs’ needs.

Olive was well cared for and the employees knew who she was. They called about a concern and we appreciated the call.
