Matt and all the staff are great. When I 1st started going there I told them my dog doesn’t like most dogs but Matt and his staff say he is always a good boy, and im impressed how quickly they can get his nails cut.
Unfortunately I cant board him there because the way my dog is, but they are my #1 & only place I get his nails cut and a bath. Sorry I cant remember the other girls names who have helped me.
I have referred a few friends as well because I think they are the best and reasonable in prices.
They are very attentive and always let me know how my pet did, particularly after overnight stays. They handle feeding and medicines well and listen to instructions.
I like how someone takes Darcy as soon as we walk inside and goes to the back. And she was very happy to go! Everyone is very friendly. When I picked up Darcy, I was told how she did in a more casual conversation manner which is nice.
Professionalism, courtesy, genuine care for the pet, personal touch, reliability, and flexibility to accommodate last minute changes. All at a reasonable price. Keep up the excellent work.
The team is always very attentive to the special needs of our dog. They are flexible when times for pick-up change.

There’s plenty of parking, including handicap access for clients, both human and two-legged.
