Last week I left a review and mentioned how I was upset with the $115 one night boarding rate for my dog. I was confused about the rise in the price and worried I wouldn’t be able to use Dogtopia anymore. Then I received a call from Dogtopia and they explained to me the preferred pickup and dropoff times and what caused the higher price and then they refunded me some money. This was an extremely classy move by the Dogtopia management team and I am very grateful for their transparency. I continue to believe their staff is top notch and I will continue to do business with them. Thanks!
Everything! Staff are wonderful. Enviroment is clean and safe. If I had one wish …. that you would get a groomer on site… 🙂
