I love the app. Being able to make appointments on line is great. Everyone made my dog feel very special. Near and convenient.

I loved that the staff comes to the lobby to help with dogs instead of a lot of dogs in the lobby at once. I also loved the web cams. And the amount of staff per dog.

Friendly staff. Careful vetting system. Putting dogs in with dogs of the same nature. My puppy had a blast and was so tired, he sleep the rest of the day.

Great staff and very clean environment

First off, you notice the quality and cleanliness of the facility. I am a graphic designer, so I also appreciated the crisp and colorful branding visuals. Between this and the app that they have for you, you instantly get a sense of the company’s professionalism. The staff is certified and trained in dog care and safety which made us gratefully confident as we left our precious doggo for the first of his daycare visits. But you know what? Our dog actually wants to go back there – he loves the staff and all the happy doggies. We will be watching our baby on the webcam often while on vacation, but it’s great to know he will be happy and safe.
