Service is great, people are outstanding. Only suggestion is being able to carry over prepaid days when they can’t be used. There are busy times of the year like spring break. when daycare is full and we can’t get an appointment. Those are days we still pay for and do not get credited or put on a make up day list. It’s not a huge amount of money nor is it normally a critical issue but something there should be an option for.

We’ve been coming since opening and in the beginning it was very personalized and a wonderful experience. Everyone is still friendly, but we feel the service has gone down quite a bit and it’s more about the money than the customer. For example, vaccination records, Dogtopia would call or contact the vet for us to get the updated information. The shots were updated months ago, but the records weren’t updated and we were denied daycare until on our end upload the proof that the vaccinations happened instead of like in the beginning of contacting the vet to confirm records.

Really efficient and friendly service at the front desk. Super easy to schedule and make changes to reservations. High quality care for my dog with daycare, boarding and grooming services.

My biggest frustration is that you told me at the beginning that with a membership, I would have priority in daycare spots, and that it would never be a problem to get my dog in. Unfortunately, there have been a couple of occasions where it’s been full and I have not been able to get my dog in when I needed to. There was one week when this happened and then I was out of town the rest of the week. So I paid for a full week of daycare and you could not accommodate my needs by getting my dog in at all that week. It would’ve been nice to have received something from you in exchange for that. For example, a nail trim or a teeth brushing. Even an apology would’ve been better than receiving absolutely nothing after paying for a week and not getting to bring my dog in. I am consistently there at a particular day each week. I have been a customer for a year now. And I just don’t think you do a very good job of taking care of your loyal customers.

Our dog Mellow is very happy when he is there. We are also satisfied for everything It`s cean, the stuff is very kind and warm and they love all the dogs.
