Everyone was friendly and helpful. Blue was tired when he went home. If he could have closed his cage and laid down he would have. He only made it to the livingroom floor. In my eyes they did an amazing job. Everyday staff are smiling, laughing, and doing a fantastic job with the dogs and guest. They are caring, great customer service, take time with you and the fur baby’s, very respectful, and very professional. I want to say thank you for watching my Big Baby Blue, I know that he loves it. Amazing job keep it up everyone deserves a big money bonus or an increase. Its hard to find places that understand that love we have for our fur babies. And again from me and Big Blue Baby we want to say Thank You

Friendly staff!

The staff is great. Really enjoy my brief interactions with all of them. Easy to schedule. I like the spa services. I wish there was an easier way to get in the front door–maybe a buzzer?

I like the fact you can view your pet on webcam. Also, they have many tasks and great events for your pet to participate in. The staff are also a joy to speak to and explain all the programs with efficiency.

A true love of dogs by your staff

Dogtopia Columbus Downtown will be my go to place for Doggie Daycare when I travel to Columbus, Ohio. They were very accommodating with drop off and pickup times, and Nilla loved everyone on the staff. They took excellent care of her and she came home tired and happy.

I travel a lot and when there is a Dogtopia nearby I bring Nilla because I know she will be well taken care of.

Independently owned but operated under the same philosophy and they treat your pet like family.

I highly recommend this location for your fur baby.

Spencer enjoys himself there so I know he’s in a place where he is safe, happy and being cared for. I hate to have to leave him, but knowing that he’s so excited to be there I gotta trust his judgement.

The staff are very attentive

My wife and I like the convenience of Dogtopia being so close to our workplace. We also know that our pup Bentley will be well cared for by all of the awesome coaches and staff at Dogtopia. Boarding and grooming services are also available as we take advantage of both. Bentley actually gets excited when we pull in to drop him off,which is really a cute thing to see.

The staff is incredibly nice, They treat my Princess as part of the family and show their love to what they do. Aires is great and very helpful. The new owner cares about everything. He is open to new suggestions and great at solving your concerns. My princess is always looking forward to going to the daycare, she loves it.
