Sure that staffing is an issue, but in the toy room on video, don’t see any human interaction with the dogs.

Everyone was super friendly and we felt good and safe leaving Pongo in their care. We are looking forward for more day care days and boarding services in the future 💖

We love Dogtopia! They are always so excited to see Nami whenever she walks in. The staff is phenomenal and I know Nami is in good hands when we leave her there. Nami always comes home dog tired from having so much fun.

The staff is very friendly and takes really good care of my two dogs that mean so much to me. Heather went out of her way to help them get their fur trimmed for the hot weather. They looked great. They have a loyal customer in me.

Great staff and great facility!

The staff are friendly and caring towards the dogs. Lots of activities are offered, being able to view the webcams is a plus. The air ventilation has improved since our last visit bc he didn’t come home as stinky.

My wife and I love the convenience that Dogtopia offers whereas they are located downtown and close to where we work. The staff are always very friendly and just love our Bentley. Dogtopia makes it easy to schedule daycare, nail trims, and baths as they are all done in house by Heather. We feel that Dogtopia was the best choice for our pup as he loves going there and playing with his BFF.

Everyone genuinely enjoys the dogs. They are welcoming and very accommodating to customer needs. The monthly schedule is full of themes and treats.
