At Dogtopia of Fairfield, our open-play dog daycare provides your pup with plenty of opportunities for exercise, socialization, learning, and mental stimulation in a safe, supervised environment. Unlike traditional daycare settings, our open-play environment allows dogs to move freely, interact with furry friends, and participate in a variety of fun, engaging activities throughout the day. Regular attendance helps establish a healthy routine, build confidence, and develop positive social skills. Your pup gets to enjoy a day filled with play, enrichment, and friendship while you enjoy peace of mind knowing they’re happy, active, and well cared for.

At Dogtopia of Fairfield, we offer more than just a place for dogs to play. Our open-play dog daycare experience focuses on canine wellness through exercise, education, socialization, and enrichment. Dogs enjoy spacious, climate-controlled playrooms where they can interact with furry friends, participate in fun and engaging activities, and burn off energy throughout the day. Our trained Canine Coaches supervise playtime to encourage safe, positive interactions, while scheduled rest periods give pups time to recharge. Pet Parents can check in on their dogs through our live webcams, and our DASH activity monitor provides insights into their pup’s daily exercise and activity levels. Dogs must be current on Rabies, DHPP/DHLPP (Distemper/Parvovirus), and Bordetella vaccinations.  Proof of vaccination is required before participating in daycare or boarding.

Dogtopia of Fairfield is open 7 days a week, from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM, making it easy to fit dog daycare, boarding, and spa services into your busy schedule!  Our lobby is closed on July 4th, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, and New Year’s Day.

Booking at Dogtopia of Fairfield is easy! Simply call us at (203) 993-6757 or use the Dogtopia mobile app to request daycare, boarding, and spa appointments.

New daycare and boarding guests must first complete a Meet & Greet to ensure our open-play environment is the right fit for their pup. Once your dog successfully completes their Meet & Greet, you can conveniently request appointments and view upcoming visits through the Dogtopia app.

Every pup completes a Meet & Greet before joining our open-play daycare to ensure they’re comfortable and a good fit for group play. Our spacious, climate-controlled playrooms are supervised by trained Canine Coaches who encourage safe, positive interactions. Dogs are grouped based on size, temperament, and play style so they can socialize, exercise, and enjoy activities with compatible furry friends. We also maintain rigorous cleaning and sanitation practices to provide a clean, healthy environment where your pup can play, learn, and thrive!

At Dogtopia of Fairfield, your dog’s safety, health, and well-being are our top priorities. Every team member completes comprehensive training in canine behavior, safety, and emergency response before caring for our pups, including online instruction in pet first aid and CPR. Our trained Canine Coaches know how to recognize early signs of stress, illness, injury, or discomfort and are prepared to respond quickly and calmly when needed. If a medical concern arises, our team promptly contacts Pet Parents and coordinates veterinary care when necessary, following established emergency procedures. Through ongoing training, attentive supervision, and clear safety protocols, we strive to provide a safe, caring environment where every dog can play, learn, and thrive!

At Dogtopia of Fairfield, overnight dog boarding in Fairfield is more than just a place for your dog to sleep, it’s a fun, enriching experience! Unlike traditional kennels, our boarding combines comfortable overnight accommodations with the benefits of our open-play dog daycare. During the day, pups enjoy supervised socialization, exercise, and engaging activities with their furry friends instead of spending most of their time in a kennel. After a full day of play, they can relax and recharge for another exciting day. You’ll enjoy peace of mind knowing your pup is staying active, happy, and well cared for while you’re away!

All dogs must successfully complete a Meet & Greet before boarding at Dogtopia of Fairfield. We strongly recommend that your pup attend at least one full day of daycare, preferably three, before their first overnight stay. This helps them become familiar with our team, playrooms, furry friends, and daily routine so they feel more comfortable and confident during their stay.

For your dog’s safety and well-being, all boarding Pet Parents must designate a local emergency contact who is available to pick up their dog if needed, including situations where a pup becomes too anxious or stressed to comfortably continue their stay. Our goal is to ensure every dog has a safe, happy, and positive boarding experience!

Absolutely! At Dogtopia of Fairfield, you can add spa services to your pup’s daycare or boarding stay, making it easy to keep them looking, smelling, and feeling their best! Whether your dog needs a refreshing bath, nail trim, or other spa treatment, our team can pamper your pup while they’re already enjoying their day with us. It’s a convenient way to check another task off your list without scheduling a separate visit. We recommend booking spa services in advance to ensure availability!

At Dogtopia of Fairfield, we’re excited to offer DASH, an innovative activity monitor that helps Pet Parents stay connected to their dog’s health and wellness! This lightweight, playroom-approved device attaches to your pup’s collar or harness and tracks movement, distance traveled, rest periods, and activity levels throughout the day—both at Dogtopia and at home. DASH provides valuable insights into your dog’s daily exercise, helping you better understand their activity patterns and overall well-being.
