The staff is so friendly and its so convenient to drop my dog at! They do a great job and the dogs are safe. My dog is high anxiety and he can be a lot-I know he doesn’t “like it” there probably because of the combined grooming side of things– he doesn’t like to go to the groomer and he knows when he’s around one. They don’t get outside time so thats a bummer, but for short/quick stays its a great options.

The staff (Lily &friends) aka Bingo’s Aunt Lilly 🤣 So friendly and genuinely cares about our dog Bingo. Upon picking him up we are always told about his day and the friends he played with etc. Spa baths are also fantastic Bingo comes home smelling so fresh and so clean.

Staff were very enthusiastic about dogs and very welcoming to our Cairn Terrier. Facilities were very clean and well organized. Easy to register. We were confident that our beloved dog would be well looked after and he had a terrific day there!

I would like to see more staff in play rooms to dog ratio. I would also like to see elevated place beds for the dogs espceially the seniors. I did mnetion this to the staff but the resp;ojnse was they get destroyed. Yes, some do but just look to

Dogtopia always takes great care of our dog, he runs right in when we bring him there and comes home exhausted from all the fun!
