My dogs love the playtime with other dogs, bubbles and attention from staff. At the end of the day they are so tired from all the activities they are calm and relaxed. When they are boarding there they get their food and can get treats. My mini schnauzers were able to play with dogs their size and they were constantly being watched and I could see what they were doing in the webcam.

Our doggie California LOVES coming to play with friends at Dogtopia-Coppell. She leaps out the car every time we drop her off!

My dog loves it there. Staff are friendly and dog-centric.

Very personalized. They know our dog and greet her by name and always have something to update us on.

I like how welcoming everyone is and how clean the facility is!

Staff is super friendly, my boy is always happy to be there , even it’s just my guy and a new pup. The special treat days are also great and in a pinch the basic spa services are a life saver!!!

My dogs love the daycare. Blaze loves Trey and Trey has been amazing for his temperament.

Not a fan of all the turnover. I do like Brandon, I hated Reggie from day 1. But also don’t like that yall got rid of Vee. I realize we don’t know the interworkings but she held the place together basically when there was no GM and no guidance. So its hard to imagine that corporate didn’t have some fault. We had some really good people that loved the dogs over a 6 months span. Its not their fault the owners don’t know how to market the business and drive numbers. But yes if my dogs are taken care of then I am happy. I do not love the inconsistencies but I put that blame on ownership.

Staff extremely friendly and observant, ran very professionally!

I love how attentive, kinda and awesome the staff is. My dog loves everyone there and that says a whole lot. She does not like to be without me but when she’s at school she is perfectly fine. I honestly would t take my dog anywhere else.
