They Love your pets like they are their own! The facility is clean! They call you by name. they are always hands on with the puppies. You can always get to answer to any question you may have. Love them!!
Very Friendly Staff!
I love mostly everything about my experience with Dogtopia. I’ve got my first dog as an adult. She’s a doodle puppy and just under 5 months old. I was hesitating about boarding her and leaving her, but I knew she was in great hands. The staff has been exceptionally kind, flexible, and friendly. Still, I would have liked to see her more, to check in. Unfortunately, the three cameras were down for most of the time, so there was no way to see how my girl was doing. I was able to call and get an update on how she was doing, though.
Additionally, it may not be feasible, but it would have been nice to get pictures of Maple while she was there. I also would have loved to get a report card on how well she did in the group. I hope this information is helpful.
The staff is very caring and welcoming. My dog has so much fun there, and he appreciates the staff also. When I drop him off there, I feel confident that he is being treated kindly.
The feeling of knowing my dog is safe and that he interacts with other dogs. I just wish that the billing is as it was agreed upon.
Staff was understanding and supportive. Coaches (as viewed via webcam) responded appropriately to behaviors exhibited by different dogs in the group.

Grateful Dogtopia was able to take my Sophia in for boarding at the last minute. The staff was very friendly as well.
Boarding was a breeze. Great interaction with the animals and everyone we came in contact with was amazing! They treat your pets like family. That’s very reassuring to first timers like me. Love the calendar of events and all kind of services for your pet. Love everything about Dogtopia! Can’t wait to start day care next week. 😂
