I love how excited our pups get when they know they are going to Dogtopia. Having a safe, friendly, fun environment for them to play and socialize makes being away from them during the day so much easier. It is comforting to check in on them with the webcams, and convenient access to spa services is icing on the cake.

You treat my dog as special as I do. It gives me great peace of mind to know that she is cared for while I am at work and that she has the perfect exposure to socialization. She comes home happy and tired after a day of fun dog play. I couldn’t ask for anything more!

Dogtopia is great! I would love an outdoor area. Also the afternoon can be very busy, so additional staff at that time would be great.

– having more staff during the busier drop off and pickup hours would be helpful to speed up the pick up and drop off process

– often times the video cameras aren’t working; it would be nice to always be able to check in on them

– I think it would be cool if there was a better way to contact the staff when nobody is in the lobby. Like when I come to pickup at the end of the day and no one is in the lobby to hear the phone ring if I call it. Maybe if there was like a doorbell to the back rooms so we could let the staff members know we are waiting in the lobby.

I love Dogtopia because I never have to worry about my fur baby when she’s there. She’s been going to daycare since she was about 7 months old and at first I was nervous because my baby was terrified of the sound of other dogs barking and anything new. Since coming to Dogtopia, she’s completely come out of her shell. She loves to play with the other dogs (though she still prefers to hang out with the k9 coaches) and she’s become confident enough to explore the world around her without me being there. I’ve used just about every service at Dogtopia Decatur (daycare, boarding, spas, lunch add-ons, photo shoots, etc.) and I’ve been beyond satisfied. I recommend Dogtopia to all my friends, family, and coworkers with fur babies.
