Zoe Santillan, General Manager
Born and raised in beautiful Belize, Zoe has had a passion for animals since the age of 10. That passion quickly turned into a lifelong journey in the animal care industry, beginning with her very first job at the Belize Zoo. From working with exotic wildlife to now leading a team at Dogtopia, Zoe brings years of hands-on experience, dedication, and heart to everything they do.
With a deep understanding of animal behavior and a genuine love for dogs, Zoe is excited to call Dogtopia her home. Her mission? To ensure every pup gets the best care, and every pet parent feels confident and welcome.
