Communication between staff. We have a credit of almost 28 days, but we’re constantly being charged because employees don’t know to look for the credits. It’s a small frustration, but it does affect our experience.

I like the fact that the dogs are able to play with each other and then take breaks in their kennels with water in their own water dish. Also the 2 hour break in the afternoon gives them a chance to relax and nap. I also enjoy being able to watch them play on my phone or computer.

Very accommodating in days of week and hours. Friendly staff and the location is perfect. My dog comes home happy and tired! The web cam is perfect to check in and see who her favorite buddies are.
