Everyone is very friendly and professional and the facilities look very clean and dog friendly. And my Finn has had a great time!
Would like to see the raised beds that other Dogtopia locations have.
They work with me to make sure my dog is comfortable and getting the care he needs. I can also check in on the Webcams to see how he’s doing throughout the day.
The people are great to work with and offer a lot of options for our pups!
Webcam, convenient location and great people
I like the atmosphere and the physical layout that allows for special spaces to meet particular needs. I like the staff I met and their interaction with my dog. I like the many options for joining.
Employees are super friendly and competent. They genuinely care for the doggies.
We like that the dogs are supervised at all times, and the staff is very friendly. We don’t really like that the dogs are in kennels from noon to 2 pm. It also seems like my dog doesn’t go to the bathroom at all when he is there, because he can’t wait to go do his business as soon as he gets home. I understand the facility is new, and he may not feel comfortable going to the bathroom yet, but would like it if someone could take him for a walk outdoors so he can go to the bathroom.
I don’t know yet. It’s only been 2 days so far. I would have liked a tour of the playroom at the meet and greet. I don’t like the fact that there isn’t an astroturf area for him to go to the bathroom on. I’ve heard the reasons that he won’t go wherever at home, but I still don’t like it.
