Meet the Team
Larry Greene, Co-owner
Larry graduated with a BS in Chemical Engineering from Michigan State University and an MBA from the University of Michigan. Larry has been CEO of several large companies and currently works part-time as the Director for Operations Excellence for a private equity firm. He loves all dogs, but his favorite dog breed is the Golden Retriever. Larry and his wife Cathy currently have a 3-year old English Cream Golden named Cassius, (Cash for short). Larry loves family hikes with Cash and watching Broncos games!
Brandon Greene, Co-owner
Brandon received his BS in Animal Science/Pre-Vet from Michigan State University. Brandon and his wife Abbie own four dogs; his college dog Jeffery who is a 6-year old Blue American Pitbull Terrier, a 4-year old American Staffordshire Terrier named Irie, a 2-year old American Bully named Kali and a 6-year old mixed breed named Jesse. Brandon worked extensively in an independent dog daycare facility prior to Dogtopia. He also spent substantial time in a veterinary office during his college years. Brandon is an avid dog lover and enjoys training and exercising his dogs on his time off.
Alexis Brinkworth, General Manager
Alexis earned her degree in emergency medicine, but she soon discovered that her true passion is working with dogs. She shares her life with two beloved rescue dogs—a 13-year-old Yellow Lab/Malamute mix named Roxy and a 9-year-old Corgi/Chow/Shepherd mix named Maggie—as well as a 2-year-old service dog named Remy. While Alexis loves all breeds, mixed breeds hold a special place in her heart. Since the day Dogtopia of Denver Tech Center opened its doors, Alexis has been an essential part of the team. With years of hands-on canine experience, her dedication and compassion shine through in everything she does. She truly is the heart and soul of our Dogtopia family!
Lincoln Willams, Assistant Manager
Lincoln joins our team as Assistant Manager, bringing over 10 years of experience working with dogs. He shares his home with Kira, his loyal 9-year-old Pit mix. With a strong background in veterinary care, Lincoln brings valuable knowledge and compassion to every interaction. He loves building meaningful relationships with pets and their families, ensuring each dog receives the best care possible. Outside of work, Lincoln enjoys traveling, attending shows and art exhibits, and spending time hiking in the great outdoors. He’s thrilled to be part of the Dogtopia family and excited to help our team—and pups—thrive!
Autumn Parsons, Operations Manager
Autumn earned her Associate’s Degree in Culinary Arts from Johnson & Wales University but soon discovered her true passion—working with dogs. She shares her life with Rufus, her playful three-year-old Brittany mix. Since joining our team in February 2023 as a Canine Coach, Autumn has excelled and become trained in every position. She loves getting to know each pup’s unique personality and feels grateful to care for so many wonderful dogs every day. Dedicated and detail-oriented, Autumn takes pride in ensuring everything runs smoothly and is a vital part of our team’s success.
Hayley Rogers, Pet Parent Relationship Manager
Hayley has been a lifelong dog lover. She earned her bachelor’s degree in Health Sciences from the University of Colorado–Colorado Springs and is the proud pet parent of two lovable pit mixes. Hayley joined Dogtopia part-time and quickly discovered her calling. Since beginning her journey as a Canine Coach in September 2022, she has continued to grow and advance within the company. She loves building meaningful connections with pet parents and is committed to ensuring every dog—and their family—has an exceptional Dogtopia experience. Outside of work, Hayley enjoys reading, playing video games, and spending quality time with her husband and two daughters.
