The staffs ate super nice. They love dogs. The place is clean.

I love that fact that everyone usually knows my pet’s name and is excited to see him whenever he comes in.

I like that you’re always welcoming and efficient and remember us (Dooby and me). I also feel that Dooby is safe at your facility and he loves it, pawing at the door to get in when we arrive!

I love the individual attention the coaches give our pup, and I appreciate any/updates they provide (whether informal or formal via casual conversation during pick up, email, report cards, etc..). It’s always so comforting to know she gets special 1:1 care/treatment depending on her needs. This has surprised me at times knowing how many doggos there are in the room with her.

The staff has always been aware that Rosie is on the more anxious/sensitive side, and sometimes she HATES going outside. They have taken the initiative to actively work with her in finding solutions to overcome her anxiety. She used to have to be the last one out and then MAYBE she’ll go outside. Now, it seems to have switched and she prefers to only go out at the same time as the others. Sometimes only certain coaches have the special touch that day to get her to go out. And sometimes, she just absolutely refuses and they let her play in the other room instead. Regardless, they’re caring, nurturing, and flexible with each dog’s needs.

Rosie’s been going for almost 2 years now, at least twice a week with several boarding stays throughout. Of course, not everything is perfect. Their billing system could be improved (I get charged much later than expected sometimes for services), and we did have one concerning issue with her first boarding stay a while back. However, they were apologetic, refunded us, and haven’t had any (known) issues since. Much of it is either logistical or some additional training needed, but that’s to be expected anywhere. Overall, the quality care and piece of mind Dogtopia DTC provides is well worth it all!

The staff are amazing! They made Blaze and I feel so welcome! I love how clean the facility is.

I just love how welcomed we both are when we come in and that I know my puppers will be well taken care of all day.

The team is wonderful, the daily programming is AWESOME and I am so relieved to be able to entrust my little best friend to a place like Dogtopia DTC.
