The staff quickly learned my dog’s name and unique personality. I was impressed by how quickly they associated me with my dog. When I pick him up in the evening I walk in the door and they’re already calling for him to be retrieved. There’s always a moment to chat about how he did that day.

I appreciate that the facility is clean, there is no odor.

He appears to like going to Dogtopia and comes home tired but in good shape.

When I drop my dog off he is actually excited when we pull up and runs up to everyone who works there like they’re his best friends. It’s well managed, efficient and clean. They’re always doing fun stuff for the dogs, as opposed to just letting them run wild all day. It’s the best dog experience I’ve ever had-Highly recommend!!!

Everyone is super friendly and knowledgeable. The first time my dog went there, he was nervous but did well and had a blast. The following week, after I enrolled him in once a week care, he knew exactly where he was going. Jumping around, spinning around, excited to go back. I love that I can watch my dog in the live cams set up too.

Exceptional communication and passion for the dogs. Dogtopia Downtown Cleveland has amazing staff, facilities, and activities. I get joy loading up the cameras to see how much fun my pup is having, and knowing staff always has eyes on her.

Everyone at Dogtopia was very helpful, responsive, and most importantly, great with my dog Maisy. I can tell that she really enjoyed it! The petcam is also a nice touch to get a little boost of cuteness during the workday.

I love how communicative, involved and respectful everyone is at Dogtopia. They genuinely care about the health, happiness and safety of my dog and other pets at their facility.

I know my dog is safe and well taken care of. Could not ask for more! (Ok, maybe more bacon days)

We like everything about Dogtopia. Our dogs love it, the people who work there know our pups and they know us. They’re flexible with our schedules, considering we work in medicine and it can be hectic at times. Also the facility itself is great. The cameras always work so we can watch our pups from home. They also come home smelling great, not like they’ve been playing with 20 other dogs all day.
