The staff was thorough and friendly. Carson acclimated well over his first three days because of the attention from the staff.

The dogs seem very happy
The canine coaches have great customer service and are very friendly. Our dog, Ayla, is always eager to go to daycare and gets super excited when they receive her with a warm welcome every visit!
The play areas also have ample space and are monitored well to ensure she is in a safe environment.
I love the availability of staff/video services. I feel like my dog is genuinely cared for. The only reason I give a 9/10 is that the 12-2 lunch time means no answering phones either, which seems extreme.
Rusty had a great 1st day of daycare!
