It was hear warming as the staff made Cedar and Luna feel comfortable. They understood this is a new day care for them both. They were concise in explaining the routine rules and daily routine. Although I am not a fan of the “crating” I understand this is necessary for a clean environment. The staff was good enough to advise that after 2 pm is there is crating. I am grateful for your facility and hope for a long term relationship.
