I appreciated that you let me know what my dog needed when he was being too amped in play. We’ve paused daycare so that we can work on impulse control, especially when not tired OR when too tired (it’s a fine balance!). This will certainly help him improve faster, so, while it wasn’t financially beneficial for Dogtopia, it was what my dog needed.

I also love your friendly front desk staff and the efficiency with which dogs are taken and moved back (you don’t want a bunch of dogs reacting to each other in the lobby).

Finally, I really like your groomer. She’s wonderful, Wilfred loves her and she gave us the best brushing advice.

We will be back to daycare soon enough 🙂

The staff are great

I love the availability for both daycare and boarding. The late pickup times really help as I work late myself. The staff is friendly, accommodating, and always treats my pup, Maple Syrup, with care and love. Oftentimes, as we are some of the last people to pick up our dog from daycare, she will be sitting up front with the staff, having a great cuddle session. I have seen Maple’s confidence increase over time while attending daycare, as well, which is important as she was diagnosed with separation anxiety early on in her life. Due to her anxiety, we cannot leave her alone at home, and Dogtopia has been a great addition to our daily routine that allows Maple to expend extra energy and consistently experience interactions with other dogs. Dogtopia staff have also saved our butts after-hours on short notice with allowing a daycare visit to become a boarding visit, while my partner and I were dealing with an unexpected emergency. The only downside to going to Dogtopia is the price, but if the recent increase in cost is being used to pay above-fair wages to staff (they deserve it!!!), and to keep the facility comfortable and fun, then I understand completely.

Convenience, staff was great and friendly.

We just joined Dogtopia and already feel right at home! The staff have been super knowledgeable, helpful, and are great with our puppy.
The app is convenient and booking confirmations are very quick.

You always teat my dog Milo with special care. ❤️ you guys.
