Very caring towards the dogs, I like that the staff seemed to know and have a bond with him after the first day. I like that I can check in on the cameras. It seems very clean.

I would appreciate if the trainers spent a little more time in the small dog area to give them some love like they do the big dogs 🙂

Personalized service. The workers get to know your dog and their behavior. The employees are very attentive to what each dog needs and work hard to meet that need. My dog loves going there!

The facility seems tidy and in good order, however, the smell is a bit overwhelming. I have visited other facilities and don’t seem to notice much or any odor. Upon watching the live feed, I noticed that the person in the toy box room did not do a thorough job of cleaning the pup’s messes. Sometimes it would take her several minutes to mop the pee or pick up the poop. In the meantime, I saw my puppy and several other dogs walk through the pee and sniff the poop. When she finally mopped the pee, she would just wipe the pee once or twice and then drag the dirty mop to the next location. So the pee was being spread throughout the room. I don’t mean to complain, especially since I’m a new client, but this seemed a little off to me (the smell and lack of effort in cleaning the pee/poo). I’m otherwise happy with you guys and look forward to regularly boarding my puppy with you. My puppy did not seem stressed at all after his first session! I just ask that you address the smell and cleaning process. Thank you!

1st and most importantly my dog loves it there. I’ve never seen him so happy and excited. He comes home exhausted from playing with the dogs there and that kind of environment is so hard to foster. The staff are super nice and friendly, I feel welcomed each time I am there. I hope to continue my relationship with your company.

Our dogs Honey and Dash haven’t visited Dogtopia in a while and when they walked in the door, the team was super excited to see them and welcome them back to the pack. Everyone was friendly and professional and very helpful and informative, and we have two happy pups who are ready to board next week!

I love how friendly and helpful the staff are. I always know my dog is well cared for and has fun at daycare. I have also been very happy with the grooming services.
