Friendly staff that is great working with my very large dog that isn’t a fan of grooming.
Friendly, informative, answers any questions, candid. The meet-and-greet was easy to schedule and I was able to see how my dog was doing when introduced to the other dogs. The staff members answered all my numbers questions and were extremely helpful. Every person I met was positive and showed h genuine interest in and care for the dogs.
Our dogs stayed together in the “suite”. They were busy all day in the playroom with other dogs. We could see our dogs on camera. The
