I really enjoy the staff. They’re very friendly and helpful.

Cameras sometimes shut off too early. We pay for our pets to be looked after and an expectation is that we have access to see them. If we are able to pick them up until 7pm, cameras should not be inaccessible for almost 2 hours at the end of the day.

Staff is great. My dog is a little nervous and doesn’t like to be away from me. The staff takes their time to greet and comfort him before taking him back to join the other dogs.

Your staff went above and beyond to help our family. We had tried a few other Dogtopia locations for short term boarding while we moved into our house. Being new to the area we hadn’t had time to do the meet and greet. Stormy went out of her way to offer to check with the manager/owner to see if they could make it happen for us, and they did! She didn’t have to do that, but it says a lot that she was willing to go that extra mile AND that the management approved. I can’t thank you and Stormy enough.

Great staff who clearly love dogs, fun for dogs, staff take care to ensure dogs are compatible with each other, convenient hours, and flexibility with pick up and drop off

I love the webcam check ins while I’m gone, to see that my dog is having fun! And I love that when I check in and out the people at the front know my dog Hazel, who seems really excited to see them and to be there.

I like the bath before picking up my dog, it is definitely worth it!
