I love the fact that the facility is clean and smells better than my house. I’m impressed that you have trainers with the dogs all the time (with the exception of the handful of hours during the overnight boarding). I especially enjoy the cameras and being able to check in on my dog. The spa treatment is a super bonus and convenience and the prices are very reasonable and in line with other operations. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable and seem genuinely interested in my pup’s well-being. I’ve never been offered a tour of Pet Paradise and that always kinda bothered me… but you guys offered it and the tour was impressive. Clean, organized and well managed. The St. augustine staff are amazing!

Love the live webcam! Also how interactive the staff is with the dogs during playtime. I’m glad you have an outdoor area for them to go to the bathroom, unlike many other daycare facilities here. The calendar of activities is great and creative. I really appreciate the training the staff has to understand dog behavior and ensure safe play. I’m very impressed with their business model, charitable contributions, and super clean facilities. Our young new rescue dog has benefited greatly from the socialization and activity. Keep up the good work!

I’ve previously left a review…still 10/10…my pup gets so excited when we arrive, he gets even more excited when we go inside. All staff members are friendly, the facility is very clean. I’m so glad to have found Dogtopia!

Dogtopia is more than a doggie day care, it’s family. We are greeted with open arms and big smiles. My Daisy Mae loves going and doesn’t want to leave at the end of the day. I know when I leave my Daisy for the day she will be just fine. Everyone there loves her and she loves them right back.

I like the different payment options and the unlimited plan. The staff are very knowledgeable about dogs and very friendly to both the people and the pets. When I drop my little Doxie off I am confident she is being very well taken care of. She comes home tired, meaning she got lots of play time and exercise, which is what I want for her.

We love the care with which you treat our pup! We also love that he gets so much play time and looks forward to going there every day.
