I like how attentive the dog attendants are to dogs during day care. They pet them and clean up after the dogs quickly.
Dogtopia is awesome. The staff is so kind and obviously love the dogs. Everything is always so clean & there is supervision at all times. The way dogs are grouped with consideration for size and energy is great. My 2yo Labrador loves coming to Dogtopia and is happy and tired when we leave. He loves all his two legged girlfriends & the attention he gets! The temperature controlled rooms remove any concerns regarding excessive summer heat or winter chill & it’s a great way to get exercise and have doggy fun on rainy days.
Friendly and caring staff along with a well kept facility give me confidence in the care my pups are getting. They are always excited to to go back time and time again.
Their daycare services are out of the world!! Zoey absolutely loves coming for daycare. The staff is exceptional and super friendly.
I didn’t realize the dogs don’t go outside to go to the bathroom during the day. It would be great if there was a fenced area where these dogs could be let outside to go to the bathroom, especially for dogs that are potty training.
Another thing is greet everyone when they come in. I have been in several times to drop off my dog with two people at the front desk and a rover comes from the back and not one word is said to me. It can feel awkward. Literally the rover will take my dog and I’ll say thanks and have a good day and no one will say anything. The only people super personable are Nicole and Lauren.
Vet recommended I give Dogtopia a try and my pup and I are so glad we did! Great staff and impeccable K9 care!
The employees that I met were all informative, professional, and caring. The teamwork was evident. The operation looked well thought out and very effective and efficient.
We love everything from the webcam to the staff. The staff is nice, n caring, we love the webcam, is always nice to be able to look in n see how my little guy is doing and the place overall is clean. Everything i would want from a daycare
