Staff is amazing. John at the front desk is very personable, and I can tell the staff truly cares for the dogs. I started bringing my dog Sunshine a couple of weeks ago, and now she goes every day. She is so happy every time I pick her up. So glad I found Dogtopia 🙂

The staff at Dogtopia seem to genuinely love dogs and take good care of my dog. I feel like he is safe and happy there – better than leaving him home alone while I’m at work.
Everyone is very friendly and kind.
Congestion at pick up/drop off times. Payment/package policy. The use it or lose it weekly package doesn’t work for people like me who have an unpredictable schedule and a dog who has been having stomach issues and sometimes can’t come in. It ends up being more expensive as days are wasted.
