Norman loves to go and hates to leave.
He always comes out happy and can’t wait to see his trainers.
We love it here.

Everyone really cares about our furry kids.

Friendly staff, they open very early and close late, which is very convenient when you work full time and have commute time of around 45min. Having online cameras is good to monitor how the dogs are and how they are treated.

I like that the people at the front desk, and the people that take care of the dogs seem to be loved by the dogs. When my dog see’s them – he gets excited which makes me happy. I want to know that my dog is enjoying himself, and that the people taking care of him are “dog people”.

The staff is awesome

I love the friendly staff. The business hours are great. Grooming services are excellent.

The staff is amazing! My dog absolutely loves it there.

Everyone there is amazing. You have an amazing team. I love being able to see my dog on camera.

I moved back to South Florida after living in Ohio for six years. My cousin runs a very successful doggy daycare in Ohio called “Dogs Rule” where she hosts up to 75 dogs a day and has an in/outdoor facility that’s been open for at least 15 years. While I lived there I took my dog to five different facilities including my cousin’s facility. The only reason I didn’t take him “Chookie” there all the time is because her dog daycare was about an hour from my house.

The last place I took my dog to was a DogTopia in Ohio after having several issues with the other dog daycares (with the exception of my cousins daycare) including one daycare leaving the dogs alone for the entire day on a Saturday. They were extremely expensive and told us we could only pickup our dogs at designated times. So one Saturday I showed up at a “non-designated time” and the doors were locked so I sat there for hours and no one showed up until the designated time. Basically the dogs were in cages most the time even though they said they wouldn’t be. And they were hard-pushing extra products every time someone walked in the door.

I am a sales person myself so I see no issue with pushing products and services. Businesses need to do that to turn a profit, but they were just “over kill” on it.

Another place I went to up there, the employees were nasty and when I went to pick up my dog he was injured badly the second time. I know accidents happen, but when I took him to the door after the first visit he didn’t want to go in.

Long story already too long. I love your facility and the staff. They are caring and do a great job. You are far from me, but I would rather take the drive than send my dog somewhere where I don’t trust the staff.

The only thing that I think would make it better is if the small dogs could go outside more and get fresh air. I know space is limited and sometimes you’re super full. It is just a suggestion.

I hope you know how great your team is because it is extremely difficult to find consistent, good people that work hard. Your facility is always clean (that’s hard to keep up with at a doggy daycare) But I’m sure you already know these things.

Thanks for everything that you do!

It’s a family. Everyone is personable, helpful and my dog is so excited to go everyday that I know it’s a good experience for him.

The staff loves the dogs. They are wonderful
