Desiree was super informative when I got there and helped ease my nerves. The team (the male, I didn’t get his name) took my calls to check-in with patience and helped me get access to the cameras. They seemed to really care about safety and how me and my dog felt. They also weren’t overly sales-y or pushing me on anything. Even before my visit I felt there was a lot of follow-up so I was prepared walking in.
I really liked that there are cameras and that I could see my dog during the day to feel comforted by how she was being treated. I was nervous based on other experiences and the team really left a good impression and make me comfortable with the experience.
