I love how excited the staff is when I drop Bugsy off each morning and he’s so excited to see them. Getting an occasional photo cards makes my day. I love being able to check on him through the webcam and see how great of time he’s having. They were also really flexible and understanding when he was sick. So happy we were referred to bring our fur kids here!

Great customer service — you can always look at your dog via the webcams which is really helpful. Also, the different activities planned through the month are creative. I know my dog is happy there and well cared for!
