I love your professionalism and customer service given to each pup and their parents. Each of the employees take a personal interest in the pups that are left in their care. I love the option of watching Grace on the webcam to see how she is doing throughout the day. The daycare service calms my worry and allows me to leave her for several hours with you and the other pups instead of her being alone and full of anxiety while I’m out running errands. Thank you for taking good care of my baby girl.
The staff at Dogtopia of Fredericksburg was great and very accommodating! My dog, Roger, and I were in town for 2 days from New York (where he usually attends a Dogtopia daycare) and I called to see if he could attend a day at the Fredericksburg location while I was at an event. The staff immediately got to work on getting his vaccination records and a meet and greet and day of daycare was scheduled for the day we were in town. Roger had a great time during his day at Dogtopia of Fredericksburg and everyone from the desk staff to the coaches were so friendly and helpful! We will be back, hopefully soon!
