You can tell the staff truly love the pups! I really appreciate them being willing to bring my dog out to the car for me, because I’m a new mom and have my infant in the car with me. They also did this when I was 9 months pregnant & couldn’t handle my dog on her leash cause she’s so strong!
Communication prior to initial visit was sporadic. Does not instill confidence. Once visit was complete I felt assured that it was a good place. But initial outreach was poor.
