Meet the Team
Katy Smith, General Manager
Katy has a diverse background in animal care, starting at SeaWorld San Diego and later working with everything from dolphins and eagles to shelter pets and farm animals. With a year at Dogtopia under her belt, she loves using her experience to help pups who need extra patience and to guide others in quality animal care.
At home, she has two dogs: Oliver, a spunky 13-year-old Morkie who loves barking, ankle nibbles, and Taylor Swift, and Walter, a 4-year-old Mini Dachshund who enjoys shopping, digging in the garden, and chasing squirrels. Fun fact: she also has chickens!
