Always friendly and caring staff who treat my dog like one of their own. The facilities are welcoming and very clean as well. I love taking my dog there and feel safe and secure in doing so.

My dog’s mental health is noticeably better when he has visits to Dogtopia during the week! He gets very excited as soon as we tell him it’s a “school day” and that he’s going to see his friends! The staff at the Greensburg location are amazing, the place is immaculate, and they are the only ones I trust to care for him on daycare and spa days.

My senior diabetic dog was groomed there and he looks wonderful!! Cherie took her time with him as he has dementia, and he was comforted by her treatment. I will be taking him again.

I absolutely love Dogtopia for my two labs! Balto has been going there for the past 3 years since we moved to Westmoreland County, and now my other lab, Bella—who’s a little over a year old—loves it just as much. The staff is amazing, everyone is so kind, and you can truly tell they genuinely love animals. I always feel so comfortable leaving my dogs there knowing they’re safe, happy, and well cared for. I also love that they host events and include the pawrents too—it really makes you feel like part of a community. Couldn’t recommend them enough!

Cleanliness in facility, some programs to entertain the pups

I love how friendly everyone is at Dogtopia and my dog Kiwi absolutely loves going there. She knows when we pull in the parking lot and starts jumping and whining and can’t wait to go in. We have to spell it at home because if we say the word “Dogtopia” she goes crazy! It’s so nice to be able to relax knowing Kiwi is safe and happy while she’s there. I love watching her play on camera. It’s also so convenient to be able to get her groomed and board her at Dogtopia where I know she is comfortable. I like being able to schedule both through the app and/or by text and they always reply promptly whenever I text with a question. The “report cards” for grooming and boarding are much appreciated as well. The reminders for vaccinations are helpful too. Kiwi and I both highly recommend Dogtopia!

My dog comes home happy, exhausted, and smiling every single time— which tells me everything I need to know. The facility is clean, safe, and full of positive energy, and the team treats every dog like their own. I have complete peace of mind knowing my dog is not only well cared for during the day, but genuinely loved. There are so many fun opportunities, treats, and special themed days that make it extra special for all the dogs. I could not recommend them more — this daycare is truly the best of the best.
