The staff is very friendly and act like they really care about the animals.

I’m not sure that all of the staff knows the procedures if an animal does not go all of the days they are scheduled for. Example: On the Thanksgiving holiday and the facility was closed on Friday, which is a normal day that my dog comes. I asked if the dog could come an extra day the following week. On person told me they though the dog would have to come on Saturday or I would lose my money for the day you were closed. Another person said they thought the account would be credited for that day. Everyone should know what the procedure is if the facility is closed on your normal day that you have already paid for.

My dogs love coming to play with their friends! Staff is friendly and helpful and the facility is always clean!

I really enjoyed the meet and greet. The facility is fabulous and the staff seem very friendly.

Caring and friendly.

They are professional but warm and know your pet(s). Constantly cleaning up after the dogs any time I’ve taken a peek at the pups. They have people working there that seem to be interested in dogs& l love all the sufferings that come in!!

The play room for smaller dogs with a camera accessible to the dog owners to check on their pets is a great feature.

My dog loves it!

People are well trained and pay close attention to what the dogs are doing. Prices are great for grooming services. I like having an option for overnight if need. Only suggestion is to keep plenty water bowls and refill as needed in small breed room. Sometimes my dog comes home and drinks a ton of water. You guys are amazing and my dog loves coming there.
