So reliable and consistent!

I really like the orderly fashion that customers are greeted, and Pets are taken care of and they are safe. Every person on board be it-kennel worker or an office clerk is absolutely outstanding every time I bring my dog. I highly recommend all my dogs come to Dogtopia!

The owner and staff are engaging, communicative, and clearly express care and concern for the pups in their care. We’ve had a few hiccups, but even in those moments, they were approachable, receptive to feedback, and willing to explain further when things still were not clear to me.

My dog knows exactly where we’re at when we pull into the parking lot. She is so excited to spend the day with her Dogtopia family—so excited, in fact, that she often doesn’t want to leave in the evenings. My dog especially adores Kenny (he’s wonderful!). Erin is the team member I see most often at pick up. I love hearing stories of my dog’s antics and adventures from the day. It’s nice that they all seem to invest in getting to know my dog’s personality, preferences, and quirks. It’s also obvious that they do the same with the other pet parents.

My impression is that they may have had some staffing challenges in recent months. The owner has been onsite more frequently, sometimes working the same ~12ish hour shifts that I often do. I don’t know a single workplace (my own included) this isn’t wrestling with staffing challenges of some form or fashion. I truly appreciate the “all hands on deck” approach that the Hickory Plaza team has exhibited in the midst of what has got to be a challenging season. I rely on them to care for my dog while I work, and sincerely appreciate their commitment to ensuring adequate staffing and availability for myself and other pet parents. It’s can’t be easy, and certainly isn’t long term sustainable, but I am grateful.

Lastly, if there’s ever an opportunity to consider either of the following, we’d be glad:
1) consideration of opening a location in Murfreesboro, TN
2) consideration of Saturday and/or Sunday Daycare hours.

The staff seemed to really enjoy Peaches and were excited when she came back the next time. I like that I get to watch her play on the doggie cams while I’m at work. She seems to have a lot of fun with all her friends at daycare. She is always EXHAUSTED when we come home, which is a huge plus for our puppy!

The staff is awesome, always friendly and helpful! My pup loves it there.

Friendly and efficient staff. We feel ok Bailey is loved and well taken care of when he is at Dogtopia.

Employees are so sweet and my dog is always excited to see them. I love the webcam feature and being able to watch her have fun with her friends.

I like the staff, they are friendly and professional. I get the feeling they genuinely care about our dogs, and that brings us comfort when we’re traveling.
