Overall, I’m extremely happy with Dogtopia. The staff are great, the care is excellent, and I have no complaints about the quality of service.
My one concern is the pricing, which accounts for the lower score. The cost seems to have increased substantially, and those increases are becoming difficult to absorb. While I understand that operating costs change, the current pricing makes regular visits considerably more expensive than they used to be. I’d strongly encourage Dogtopia to consider loyalty pricing, discounts, or more affordable package options for customers who use the service regularly. The quality of care is definitely there—I just hope the pricing remains reasonable enough to make continuing long-term feasible.
