Dogtopia, the industry leader in dog daycare, boarding, and spa services has an immediate opening for an energetic, organized and reliable shift lead. This person will have a minimum 1 year of experience interacting with customers and leading staff. This is a role for someone with team management skills who understands hard work, how to deliver and train others to provide top customer service and ensure a great environment for the dogs in our care. You will be a positive, reliable role model to employees at all times

Will be co-responsible for store sales through converting leads via phone and online by getting customers to come in store for Meet & Greets. Provide store tours and clearly explain all that is exceptional about Dogtopia and sell those customers appropriate daycare membership packages.

Maintain a clean and safe environment based on our procedures and protocols

Communicates via phone, email, and in person to current and future customers
Keeps the team members engaged in their duties
Actively communicates team developmental needs and issues to management to ensure growth
