It was ok, shocked that it only took 30 minutes and he looked ok while I was there. But there are long pieces left around his face, and there was loose hair everywhere which got all over my car. Not sure if he was actually bathed. The nails were taken down but left rough. Like I said it was ok, not sure if she was just in a hurry to get them in and out. I like fast but it seemed like it was a rushed service.
The groomer listened to exactly how I wanted our dog trimmed and she did exactly what I asked that is much appreciated because it seems like a lot of places don’t really listen and then you go to pick up your dog and it’s not what you asked for. I was very happy with the results of Ruby’s groom.
The individuals at the front desk were extremely helpful and lovely. Furthermore, the grooming service went well and my dog was not only clean but fully dry as well.
The staff is very friendly and the groomer did an excellent job.
I love how excited my dogs are when we pull up to Dogtopia. And I love how excited the staff is to see our dogs!

I like how they call my vet to confirm shots vs me having to do that. I also like the texting service and how I can text back. My dogs always come back so clean!
