Very accommodating and friendly! My pup was happy to arrive each time and I like that their is a dog lover in the room at all times!

Everyone is friendly and I feel like they really care.
My only complaint is not having an outdoor bathroom area. I think allowing the dogs to use the floor of the playroom encourages bad bathroom habits. We’ve certainly struggled with our dog after she spent one day in daycare. It also causes the facility to smell. Otherwise, great owners and staff and watching the camera I appreciated how quickly things were cleaned up.
My German Shepherd puppy had a meet and greet and spent the day at Dogtopia. The staff was great from the moment I arrived and then when I picked him up. They explained in detail what his day would comprise of and I had access to cameras to checkin during the day. Balu was happy and tired when I picked him up. I bought a package so that I could bring him back every week. The socialization is great for him and I couldn’t think of a better place to take him.

The salon is very clean, the people are friendly, and the grooming price is great. They listen to your wants and deliver every time.
