Your staff is great. The only criticism I have is the smell in the lobby is quite strong, ammonia like. If that could be remedied it’d be better
The dogs are very well supervised by “dog whisperers”. The dogs seem to flock around the caregivers which is rare. “Accidents” are promptly cleaned up and all the doors seem to be happy.
I liked the visit package, was sorry to learn they will not be offered any longer.
