Kind, sweet and caring people. They love my dogs and provide the best care for each one. My dogs are all different and they are so good with each one. My dogs love to go and visit their buddies!

Our dog Hooch just loves to go to doggie daycare. It is so much fun to watch him play.

The Holladay Dogtopia employees are nice, courteous, and professional. My dog, Zeus, can be a bit bullly-ish with other dogs, and they’re working on him to get him better. And he’s done better over the last month or so. Which is so important to his development.

Retaining employees. It’s nice to have someone that knows my dog when I walk in. On the morning shift, it has been great but evening seems to be someone different depending on the day.

It would be nice if the staff wore name tags so we could address them by their name.

I like that we are able to see the dogs play and know what is going on. Also the dogs are not crated all day. We have had good interactions with helpful staff and these are the reasons we have used many dogtopia facilities over about 5 years.

My sister and I have had a recent bad experience with the staff at another daycare. So we were nervous to bring her to Dogtopia. As soon as we walked in, the whole staff was welcoming and attentive to our anxiety about our dog, who is our baby. They even allowed us to walk through the facility to see all the different rooms and daycare areas. My girl loved her day at daycare and we immediately signed up for the daycare weekly program that is offered.

The staff! The employees are amazing and the processes work well. I always know they’re communicating with me about any issues and I believe my dog is safe in the facility.
