kind, helpful employees who greet my dog by name EVERY day!

The ever friendly staff and that my dog gets excited when we begin driving in the direction of Dogtopia. He knows the way! Staff seem to know all the doggies by their name. I love that. Also, very clean place.

Having exposure to the outside would be beneficial, especially if boarding the animal for multiple days.

Employees get along well together and due to being a younger group they have the energy needed to provide simulating experiences for the animals and their owners, example would be asking if you want your dog to enjoy Doggie Bacon as you drop off your pet. Great group working there which the dog and I both enjoy seeing and working with when we go in.

My dog and I love dogtopia! She is always so excited to go and the staff loves her so much that it makes me feel good about taking her. Her socialization skills and manners have improved so much and I love all of the fun activities they do.

The staff was friendly and really made me feel like I was important as a customer. They found a way to fit me in at the last minute. And best of all, my dog was relaxed and happy when I came to pick him up. Thank you.

I love how Jack is treated there. From the time I take him in the morning until I pick him up, he is happy and loves everyone there.

The staff are always friendly. I have them do my dogs nails and they can get her in and out quickly. They are kind and gentle with Scarlett, and I feel comfortable with her in their care.
