Very accommodating to our needs. Willing to take time to get acquainted with all of us. Very nice to our little furry buddies. The staff treats our dogs exactly how they would treat their own.
Very friendly staff. They get to know the dogs, and share fun tidbits about the day when I pick him up. I like the enrichment activities they plan.

Flexibility, willingness to accommodate changes in schedule when needed, the way the staff interacts with the dogs and communication to owner about any issues that come up ( health or behavior).
