MEET & GREET EVALUATION
All dogs must complete a 20-30-minute Meet & Greet evaluation prior to their overnight stay. During this visit, our team reviews health history, performs a nose-to-tail wellness check, and observes how your dog interacts in our open-play environment.
We’ll also check to make sure your pup is at least 12 weeks old, spayed or neutered if seven months or older, has an updated vaccination record (e.g., Bordetella, Rabies, DHLPP/DHPP, etc.), is free of any communicable conditions like fleas, ticks, and communicable conditions, and is in good overall health.
DAYCARE FAMILIARITY
We recommend at least three daycare visits before an overnight stay. These visits allow your dog to build relationships with our team, as they become comfortable in our space and settle into the routine.
