Daycare and bathing. Everyone at Dogtopia Waukee is amazing and always kind. I love they have cameras so I can check up on our pup while he is there. Every time I check the cameras the canine coaches are always paying attention and giving out pets. Ace loves going to daycare every week and we love that he gets the socialization and gets to play with all of his buddies. I love that the app is super easy to use and I can book or cancel appointments within it.
I have some crazy Aussies and they welcome them in with open arms, even when I know they can be a handful. So blessed to have a place I feel they are safe and cared for when I’m home with our baby or working!
I like that there is an attendant but I’d like to see more interaction and play between the attendant and the dogs
I love that my dog gets to socialize and play but also rest when she needs too. She really look forward to her daycare day? Also we did our first bath, nails and teeth. This is the best nail trim she has ever received! She smelled good and has been soft for days after.

Everyone is very friendly, and they truly care about dogs! My dog is rambuncious, but they welcome her every time! We have left Poppy at Dogtopia several times while we are out of town, and I know she will be well taken care of – I have no qualms leaving her with this staff! They send me pictures while we are out of town, which I truly appreciate!
The ease of making appointments. The schedule flexibility. The friendly and professional staff. The opportunity for our dog to socialize in a safe and clean environment. The communication we receive from the staff when our Luna is boarding there. We also love having an opportunity for spa services when we need them.
Everyone is so wonderful and we feel worry free every time we drop off our dog. He has a great time and always comes home tired after a fun day!
