Love dogs? Want to bring yours to work? Dogtopia, the industry leader in dog daycare, boarding, and spa services, is opening a brand-new location and hiring experienced, energetic, safety-focused Canine Coaches to join our opening team.

Training starts at our Bearden location before opening, followed by a mandatory Boot Camp the week before launch. Reliable personal transportation is required for travel to training.

Not everyone hired will make it to opening day — you must show confidence, a willingness to learn, and consistent effort to secure your spot.

What You’ll Do:
-Supervise playrooms and safely manage large groups of dogs.
-Keep the environment clean and safe at all times.
-Engage dogs in play, enrichment, and basic training.
-Maintain calm, positive energy even in high-stress situations.

What We’re Looking For:
-Must love dogs and understand canine body language.
-Stand/walk for 6+ hours; lift up to 50+ lbs.
-Available weekends/holidays.
-Passion for safety, cleanliness, and teamwork.
-Competitive, motivated, and eager to grow.
