OUR COMMITMENT TO SAFETY
Extensive Evaluation Process: The Meet & Greet includes vaccination confirmation, review of history and health, nose to tail assessment and an evaluation of your pup in our open-play environment with other dogs of different sizes and personalities.
Room Assignment by Size & Temperament: Dogs are separated into playrooms based on both size and temperament.
Dog-Safe Cleaning Products: Playrooms are sanitized twice daily from top to bottom using dog-safe cleaning products to reduce the spread of germs and to keep the dogs healthy. We also perform routine detail cleaning to maintain our high standards.
Certified Canine Coaches: Playrooms are supervised for all-day play by our certified Canine Coaches, who have extensive training and experience in managing multiple dogs at once.
