The facility is clean and designed beautifully. The staff is friendly, helpful and caring. The prices are very reasonable.

Very happy with the facility and staff there. I just think signing up for things (boarding, for example) could be a little smoother. For example, I had sent through our dogs Vaxx records last year but when I logged into my account to reserve a space for our dog to board, there were no records shown. Then I had to email them to ask what was going on and didn’t hear back. So then I called and left a message and no one replied. I called again a few days later and finally got someone on the phone and they went into my account (on their end) and saw the correct vaxx records there.

So, the system isn’t the smoothest. But the staff and facilities are great!

From the moment we walk through the door, the staff treats us like family. It gives us so much peace of mind knowing GiGi is in a safe, clean, and loving environment where she gets to play, socialize, and just be her happy little Diva self.
GiGi absolutely loves going—she gets so excited the second we pull up, and that says everything! The team is attentive, caring, and always keeps me updated, which I appreciate more than they know.
If you’re looking for a daycare where your pup will be genuinely cared for and loved, I can’t recommend Dogtopia of Sun City enough. Thank you for taking such amazing care of our girl!
