Friendly workers, very clean facility, knew each dogs name.
Better communication when customer needs to pick up their dog on Sundays after 2 pm. No body answers the phone customer leaves a message no one return the message customer calls multiple times thru out day still no answer this is really not good if customer can not get a hold of a human being about there dog on Sundays
The caregivers are all wonderful and I like that they are in the room with the dogs all day.
I love the extra activities and options offered.
Large rooms for dogs to socialize, staff in room to monitor dogs, cleanliness.
I’m pleased so far with all but one thing. I didn’t make an appointment for today so I’ve tried calling. I can’t get through and left a message. Soon I’ll have to make other plans since I’m not sure if he can be dropped off today. There needs to be a better way to handle this.
I like being able to view my dogs in the videos. I like the people who work with the dogs, and the available services.
