You’ve reached capacity in the Gym. For the room size and size of dogs 14 is the carrying capacity. I’ve seen more and it’s crowded and a high capaciry can cause stress and the environs is more difficult to keep clean. I know you need to make a profit however please consider opening up the Romper Room when you exceed 14 to 15 dogs. I’m concerned that as more people find out about you which is great you’re going to pack more dogs in the room which is why we left two other daycare operations. The team is very friendly and attentive. From the very first visit, they were able to answer all my questions and ensure my dogs safety and positive experience. My dog even received a report card after her initial meet and greet! I appreciate the supervised play time and most especially the webcam that allows us dog parents to check in.

Would recommend answering phones on days when doing boarding but not daycare. Otherwise no way to contact the office regarding pet.
What is offered each day. Friendliness of workers. Caring of animals. If it wasn’t a good place, my puppies wouldn’t be excited to go and exhausted at the end of the day.
