Thank you all for the services so far, really great to have you in the area. I will add a couple suggestions, one which you are already working on.
1. Get a groomer and somehow add a discount to service for those who are part of the spa monthly package 🙂
2. Some easy system to tip after spa service with a card. If there was a link sent during the spa reminder online or in the app it would be so helpful as I never have cash and always want to tip something. I do think in the app or online would be preferred as at pickup it feels like it would slow down the process.
3. Would love to see some training classes in agility or something fun.
Jonathan the GM is AWESOME!; professional, knowledgeable, customer service oriented, and kind. He runs the sun city location with ease and care. I feel comfortable and safe leaving my dog, Ranger in his hands.
Jonathan is an amazing manager, place is clean , Brea in the front is patient & kind as is Maddie who does the dog spa is the sweeties person, actually all are good, especially those I mentioned.
The facility is clean, the employees are friendly, they delivered exactly what they said they would. Most of all my dog had a great experience, had fun and was in a safe environment. I will definitely use this service on a regular basis.
The staff is wonderful, but the price is too expensive.
The staff was very friendly when we brought our beagle in for the first time. They were very knowledgeable and I felt confident leaving my boy there with them. When we picked him up, we could tell he had a great time and was tuckered out! 10/10 service, we can’t wait to bring him back.
I like that it is close to our home, the employees interact with the dogs and keep them busy and the place is kept clean and Sanitary!!! I wish that the price of daycare was a little less money!
The dogs have fun.
The staff are amazing… the building is clean… Gizmo and GiGi love going which tells me everything because they are picky! Wish we could go more than we do!
