Staff very friendly. Facility is clean. Staff seems to care about making your dog have a pleasant stay.
Pick up and drop off is super easy and quick.
Scheduling for daycare and spa services is super easy.

ABSOLUTELY LOVE taking my dog to Dogtopia! All the employees are amazing…AND I love being able to watch the webcam when I start to miss her or worry about her!

Thank you all for the services so far, really great to have you in the area. I will add a couple suggestions, one which you are already working on.
1. Get a groomer and somehow add a discount to service for those who are part of the spa monthly package 🙂
2. Some easy system to tip after spa service with a card. If there was a link sent during the spa reminder online or in the app it would be so helpful as I never have cash and always want to tip something. I do think in the app or online would be preferred as at pickup it feels like it would slow down the process.
3. Would love to see some training classes in agility or something fun.
Jonathan the GM is AWESOME!; professional, knowledgeable, customer service oriented, and kind. He runs the sun city location with ease and care. I feel comfortable and safe leaving my dog, Ranger in his hands.
