The staff is great. My dogs love coming there. I do wish the had more options to drop the dogs without mandatory monthly fees. Their minimum is 4 times a month. Which is cost effective unless you can’t bring your dog 4 times a month.
I appreciate how enthusiastic, friendly and knowledgeable the staff is. I also appreciate how they take good care of my pup.
The Associates really like Robert. He loves going there.
I really like Dogtopia but many times I check the webcam I see my dog in a cage.
Sometimes I feel the communication I give at drop off is not passed to others and it can be frustrating.
